Week Eleven

Please note photos have been removed due to lack of hosting space. You can find all my Vancouver photos here.

So I actually had a productive weekend, in the brief day that it didn’t rain. I knew coming here that it rained a lot, but this is getting ridiculous! Anyway, did some shopping in the mall near my house and then decided that I absolutely needed to go for a walk/take some photos. So I headed downtown and wandered around Canada Place which has now opened up again, after having been largely closed off for the Olympics. But this week’s post will focus on the bald eagle artwork dotted around the city – only a handful, there’s lots more I don’t yet have pics of:

Yet more stunning pics Lou, love ’em! sorry to hear the weather’s been bit off, but hope it hasn’t dampened your spirits. Bit the same here actually, just to coincide with the Easter holidays of course! Good luck with the house hunting, hope you get something sorted soon. At least you’ve got steady work, and they’re obviously impressed with you – but of course!! Take care and keep posting for all us people over here with boring lives!! Jo

Hey Jo! Lovely to hear from you! Glad you like the pics. Heh, we’ve had near constant rain for about three weeks, and it’s still raining right now. I keep meaning to shoot you a proper e-mail – I’ll try and do that this weekend.

Why thank you kindly *g* They do keep extending my contract, they’ve added on another week now, though at least I have Good Friday off which is nice 😀

Hope all is well with you and the family! Love Lou xxx
