Sycamore Park, Nottingham

Earlier this year I took a walk around Sycamore Park in Nottingham. There’s not a great deal to see there, but there were some people taking advantage of the basketball court. What we did enjoy was discovering these steps, leading up past St Ann’s Allotments on the right (not accessible from here).

At the top are some quite nice views over the area and of the woods.

Following the path from the top, where there are a couple of benches we walked down a narrow path

which came close to what looked like a new development of houses and back to the main entrance of the park.

It’s a nice little space but doesn’t take very long to explore. You can find some more photos here.
