This week Nottingham has hosted the European Archery Championship and I was able to attend the morning session on Sunday 29 May held in the Market Square. This is the first time that the competition has been held in Britain for nearly 40 years and as the last opportunity for some archers to secure a place at the 2016 Rio Olympics it’s a pretty big deal.
